Hello again! We are just poppin’ in today to share a few of our recent, favorite, Pinterest finds. Did you know we have a Pinterest page? In case you couldn’t guess–yes, it’s ALL about candy! We have everyday, seasonal, and holiday-themed candy boards that feature both candy related recipes and crafts. We have boards dedicated to candy quotes, our favorite candies, our blog, and also, our shop. We also have a great collection of copy-cat candy recipes that are really fun to play around with. (The kids love to play too. :) )
We thought we’d share a few of our latest, and favorite, finds today, on our blog! If you’d like to follow along on our Pinterest page, just search for Sweet River Candy or follow this link: https://www.pinterest.com/SweetRiverCandy
If you’re looking to make a sweet treat check out one of these springy recipes…
With all that rhubarb poppin’ up in the garden lately–instead of baking another loaf of bread, or creating another pie (though, these are GREAT options, too), make some rhubarb candy!
if you don’t have a dehydrator, check out this link for substitute ideas:
Flower Pretzel Bites
Another favorite ‘to make’ idea is perfect for Mother’s Day! (Plus, the kids can help too. They can sort colors, count out M&M’s or, if they’re a little older, do it all!
Here’s our other favorite, featured, candy idea…
Lego Candy Dispenser
If you have kids, or grand kids, around–there’s a chance you also have extra Lego’s around, too. This little candy dispenser looks simple enough, and easy enough to substitute other pieces for if you don’t have exactly what’s pictured. (Folks in the comment section confirm this theory.)
If you create any of these ideas–OR, if you have a pin-worthy idea for us, let us know! We’d love to show it off and/or add it to our ever-growing collection. :)
